Maestros del Futuro is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. For any privacy matter, email cesar@maestrosdelfuturo.com.

What we collect

This site is static and uses no cookies, no analytics and no forms. We do not collect browsing data or build profiles. We only receive personal data when you choose to share it:

• Email: if you write to us, we receive your address and the content of your message.
• Call scheduling: the “Book a call” button opens Calendly. If you book, the data you enter is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and MDF receives it to prepare and hold the meeting.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule and hold meetings, and follow up on the conversation you start. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party content

The portfolio embeds videos hosted on Vimeo and an experience hosted on Vercel. When you play that content, the relevant provider may receive your IP address and technical browser data under its own policies. Fonts are loaded from fonts.cdnfonts.com and Google Fonts.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion of, or restriction of the data you have provided to us, and withdraw your consent, by emailing cesar@maestrosdelfuturo.com. If you are in California, you may exercise the rights afforded by the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Ownership of content

All content on this site —copy, brand identity, icon and logo, design, code, images and video— is owned by Maestros del Futuro or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The audiovisual material shown is MDF's own production.

Permitted use

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from the content without MDF's prior written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that embedded third-party content will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MDF is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here.

Accessibility Statement

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible. Our reference target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Measures in place

• Semantic structure with a heading hierarchy and landmarks.
• A “Skip to content” link and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Modal dialogs trap and restore keyboard focus and close with the Escape key.
• Color contrast checked against level AA thresholds.
• The system “reduce motion” preference is respected: animations are disabled.
• Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are marked as such.

Known limitations

• The Vimeo video player and the embedded experience are third-party components whose accessibility we do not fully control.
• Fonts are served from an external provider (fonts.cdnfonts.com).

How to report a problem

If you find an accessibility barrier, email cesar@maestrosdelfuturo.com and describe the problem and the page. We respond and try to fix it as soon as possible.
